What is a Gathr.ai credit point?
A Gathr.ai credit point is a unit of measure used to pay for the consumption of Gathr.ai resources. Credits are consumed when
- Apps are executed. No credits are consumed for design/development work
- Premium connectors are being used in a billing month
How are credit points consumed in Gathr.ai?
Gathr.ai instance consumes credits based on Virtual Core (vCore) per minute usage. A vCore is the same as an AWS vCPU, Azure virtual CPU or Google vCore. Credits are consumed depending on the size of the vCore cluster/compute engine being used as follows:
Credit points for usage of premium connectors are billed on a per connector per month basis.

How do I know how many credit points I am consuming?
You can monitor your Gathr.ai credit usage at any time through your Account. Should you need to purchase additional credits, contact us and we will guide you through the process.
How do I get started?
Sign up on Gathr.ai for the SaaS version. Contact us for BYOC or on-premise options. You can learn more about the VPC option here.
What cloud marketplaces are supported?
With our Gathr.ai platform, you can contract directly with Gathr.ai or pay through your AWS account for the VPC version.
How do I get premium support?
Contact us for Gathr.ai premium support options.
Can a trial be extended after 14 days or beyond 500 credits?
Contact us as you near your trial expiration date or credit point limit.
How long is the complimentary workshop?
A one-time virtual complimentary workshop is available for a maximum of 90-minutes.
What apps are available?
A variety of out-of-box apps are available, or you can create your own. E.g., Ingestion, streaming, CDC, insight delivery, workflow, process automation, datasets, DevSecOps, FinOps etc.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plans?
Plans can be seamlessly upgraded through your account login. Please contact us if you need to downgrade a plan for any reason.
What can I do with the Forever Free plan?
Gathr.ai offers a Forever Free plan for ingestion and other apps with a maximum of 60 credits per month. Apps such as ETL, CDC, streaming and ML apps and premium connectors are not available in this plan. You can always upgrade to the Advanced or Business plan should your requirements change, you need premium connectors or a higher credit point limit.
Can an organization use different editions/plans?
An organization can create different accounts for different editions/plans.
